Elizabeth Ann "Lizzie" Rovsek (née Arnold; born January 31, 1980) is an American beauty queen, fashion designer, and television personality. She has competed in the Miss Teen USA and Miss USA pageants. Arnold, who hails from Columbia, Kentucky, won the title Miss Kentucky Teen USA 1998 and first appeared on national television in the Miss Teen USA pageant held in Shreveport, Louisiana in August 1998, which was won by Vanessa Minnillo of South Carolina. Arnold in 2002 won the Miss Kentucky USA pageant and represented Kentucky in the Miss USA 2002 pageant, won by Shauntay Hinton of the District of Columbia . Arnold's "sister queen" for 2002 was Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2002 Tara Conner, who would later also win the Miss Kentucky USA crown, and became the first woman from Kentucky to win the Miss USA As Miss Kentucky USA Arnold was a student at the University of Kentucky completing a degree with a major in Design, Merchandising and Textiles. She was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Arnold hosted an NBA All-Star game in 2004 and in 2006 appeared at the "Us Magazine and Rolling Stone Rock the Oscars After Party" for the 2006 Oscars and the Crown Royal Playboy Club Kentucky Derby party. She also attended the Mint Jubilee Gala alongside and fellow Kentucky titleholders Tara Conner and Kristen Johnson. Arnold appeared in the movie ''Stand by Your Man'' in 2006. She appeared in 2014, season 9 of the Bravo hit TV series ''The Real Housewives of Orange County''. She is the former girlfriend of singer and boy band member Nick Lachey.
